At Baldiesburn our tantalizing gourmet menus are built around food items lovingly created in our own kitchen, made from ingredients sourced from our doorstep where possible, and included when they are at their best. We’re great enthusiasts of Brian Devlin, Butcher and Craig’s team, in Dollar. We love the high quality smoked fish supplied by some of Scotland’s finest smokehouses and liquid gold yolked free range eggs from the Strathern family’s Egglicious Eggs at Foot O Green Farm, Stirling. Our milk is from Graham’s Family Dairy in Bridge of Allan, as supplied in glass bottles by David McIntosh Milk Deliveries in Alloa and we serve Alba Chocolate‘s indulgently ethical hot chocolate, on request.

As well as offering continental breakfast from the buffet table, we love it when guests sample some of the best of Scotland’s produce in our rotating cooked breakfast option, some of which are featured in the images above.

Breakfast at Baldiesburn should rightly be one of the highlights of your stay with us, and enjoying this most important meal of the day exactly the way you like it is a top priority for us. Breakfast is generally served from 8am-10am with most guests ordering the night before to ensure they eat just when they are ready. Freshness is never compromised at Baldiesburn, but if you would prefer to choose on the day we will always be happy to accommodate.

Guests are welcome to invite non-residents to join them for breakfast at a charge of £10.00 per head. Please let us know in advance and we will be happy to set another place at the table.
